High Vibe Marketing

I received my digital marketing training on the job from an advertising planner for Fortune 100 brands. Needless to say, I learned from one of the best. Creating and managing content for her 7-figure health platform for 4+ years taught me a thing or two about this whole content marketing gig.

I learned what works and what doesn’t.

I know you need to find your smallest viable audience, meet them where they are in their journey, and love up on them day after day so they look to you for answers to their most pressing health problems. You are creating trust and building relationships and community.

Your “why’ matters. At the end of the day, you need to be proud of your marketing efforts knowing that you stayed true to your intentions and true to your desire to serve.

Combine that with solid digital marketing tactics (not the latest trends), and you have a fantastic formula for success.

I am a proud graduate of THE only course in the entire content marketing and strategy industry with a proven skill-teaching system.

It is an all-in-one approach to learning content strategy and marketing skills that add real value to a growing market.

I mastered proven strategies that allow me to deliver REAL content value, build and implement our inbound rankings, and increase revenue.

Traditional Healthcare Is Broken

I was raised by a very sick mom – physically, emotionally, and mentally. I remember visiting her in the hospital after her mastectomy and seeing her sneak a cigarette in the bathroom because she was so addicted. Looking back, I see how all her illnesses prevented her from being the mom I needed. I decided as a young adult, that I would be healthy. No excuses.

However, staying healthy is not easy for me. Because I was a C-section baby, bottle-fed, and given numerous rounds of penicillin by my grandfather (who was a family doctor), I need to be extra vigilant with my health or I will suffer. I eat a whole foods diet, exercise daily, do yoga, journal, meditate, and take supplements.

3 years ago, I lost my dad to lung cancer. Against my beliefs, he chose chemotherapy. One of the most frustrating memories was when his doctor encouraged him to eat & drink whatever he wanted, including ice cream and alcohol, during the treatments. All I could do was stand by and watch him suffer.

I choose to help health professionals because I get how important the mission is. Our traditional healthcare system is broken. I have incredible respect for the coaches, teachers, and leaders who are reinventing healthcare and making a difference in the quality of people’s lives.

P.S  To help with the stress of losing my dad, my husband gifted me with this sweet dog. Meet Raphael. He is my canine angel. Look at that face!
